Since I'm going to Las Vegas soon, I thought I'd share with you some insight I've gathered about the city and traveling.

The thing I've discovered is that the best deals are found if you book your hotel and flight separately. Most travel sites let you bundle fights, hotels, and sometimes even rental cars. But getting each from the cheapest places is often better. I always book my flight through Allegiant Air and my hotel room through hotels.com and get great deals. Right now, for August and September, they are especially reasonably priced.

Another protip, if you happen to be going to Vegas sometime soon and are looking for something to do, you should check out XS Nightclub. It is inside the Wynn/Encore resort in Vegas. It has amazing DJs and is altogether the place to be if you're interested in the nightlife.
